I thought this is a hawker centre.
This looks more like a cafe in Orchard Road or Ice Cream Parlor in Holland Village.

Dining as usual.

These are the recommended dishes:
Fried Rice, Chilli Crab (prawn)
Steamed Pomfret, Baby Squid,
Chilli Kangkong, Foo yong egg
Lettuce with Oystersauce
Tofu, Fried bean sprout
Sweet and sour chicken
and of course, Satay for a starter and ice Kacang for desert.

Hawker food are not so bad!!
